Greenberg quickly made more in-roads and the result is obvious - much better recruits have come in. So, in my opinion, stokes even failed at the thing he was allegedly good at. He was just too nice and the players didnt listen, but the talent of Terry Taylor, Jumon Gordon, Coleman Collins(...even Phil McCandies) proved that he picked good players.
