Around The World (Wide Web) | Combs is the newest ACC Legend

The ACC announced the 2008 Men’s Basketball Tournament Legends yesterday. Glen Combs, who played for Tech from 1966-68, is this year’s Virginia Tech representative. Read more about Combs and the rest of the legends at theacc.com.

    who, so far, has represented va tech as acc mens basketball legends?? Who will be the next 5 or so for va tech??

    2005 – Allan Bristow
    2006 – Dell Curry
    2007 – Bimbo Coles

    If I had to guess, Ace is definitely in the next 5 to be honored. Beyond that, I’ll need to do some more homework, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Dowdell soon.
