[...] Shooting Guard: Dorenzo Hudson (Fr), Malcolm Delaney (Fr), or A.D. Vassallo (see SF) - See PG for Delaney. Dorenzo is a streaky shooter. I see him as more of a Jamon Gordon type - good size that will create mismatches for other guards. Have him post up and play tough D. Not a true PG. [...]

[...] TH: You, Zabian Dowdell, and Jamon Gordon have been the face of Virginia Tech basketball for at least the past 3 years. It is hard to believe that you won’t be on the court next year. How has the relationship with those guys grown and changed since you all arrived in 2003? [...]

[...] The Hokies got a big effort from Vassallo in the previous meeting in December. A.D. poured in 14 points and helped rally Tech with Gordon on the bench most of the second half with a knee injury. But, Vassallo was the only X-factor in this game. As I wrote in my Keys to Winning in the ACC Tournament, it will be vital for two of the three of Vassallo, Collins, and Washington to step up on offense in this game. Collins did not score and Washington had just nine points. This is the only reason this game was close. [...]
